We follow up on every lead to locate the best talent for your need. All of the candidates we refer to you have to go through a rigorous screening process. We don’t just screen for hard skills. Personality, motivation, and compatibility are an intricate part of our assessment process. We do a very thorough pre-selection and will only present the top, on-target candidates. Along with the resume, we email you a precise profile summary that you can share with others.
